Additional informatie about pricing

The above prices apply for an occupancy of up to 6 people. Would you like to come with more people, the maximum occupancy is 8 people. There will be an additional fee of € 50.00 per person. The house will always only rented to you. The house is also very suitable for small groups (2 persons).

• The rent does not include complete cleaning (€ 165,00).
• An intermediate cleaning € 90,00 is optional for stays longer than one week.
• Use of bed linens is included.
• Use of wireless internet is included.
• Use of all other equipment is included. Kitchen stock which merged should be supplemented.
• Smoking is prohibited inside house.
• Pets are not allowed in principle.
• Energy costs are included (except stay throughout the winter, from oktober till april).
• The pool is open from the 1st of June until the 1st of September, with the exception of prolonged high temperatures.
• Security deposit € 400; upfront, paid with rent and returned after end inspection. Damage and missing inventory will be deducted from deposit.
• Bookings are confirmed after telephone consultation and mutual agreement, and upon receipt of deposit of the payment of the rent and security deposit.
• Pool will be maintained once a week.
• Extended periods (over 3 weeks) in consultation.
